- Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Follow up with prospects through telemarketing techniques to nurture leads and schedule appointments.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective outreach strategies and share insights on community feedback.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all canvassing activities.
- Track daily progress and report on outreach efforts, ensuring consistent follow-through on leads.
Experience
- Prior experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or direct customer engagement is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn!
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English are essential; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable for reaching diverse communities.
