At Tullochwood Lodges, we operate eight woodland and lochside lodges, available to guests year-round. We are located just outside Rafford, approximately 10 minutes from Forres.
This is not just a summer role. We have consistent work across all seasons, and unlike many holiday businesses, we offer flexible stays ranging from 2 to 28 nights — which means regular cleaning work throughout the year.
We are looking for one or two reliable individuals to join our friendly, established team. Previous cleaning experience is beneficial, but not essential — a strong eye for detail and pride in your work are far more important. Many of our team members have been with us for several years.
Working hours vary slightly depending on bookings and the time of year. Typically, shifts start between 9:00am and 10:00am, Monday to Saturday, with 3 to 5 hours per shift. A rota is prepared every 2–3 weeks, and you can select the shifts that suit you. Flexibility is important, and the ability to assist at short notice is highly valued.
The current rate of pay is £13.00 per hour, paid immediately after each shift. Payment is made in cash, and you will be responsible for declaring your earnings to HMRC (i.e. you will be considered self-employed).
