Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/waiter/waitress to join our vibrant hospitality team with at least 1 year experience . Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation standards
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver drinks and food promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible service of alcohol
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the POS system efficiently
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during busy periods
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, enhancing their overall experience
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is advantageous
- Strong serving skills with excellent customer service abilities
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and measuring ingredients accurately
- Effective time management to ensure prompt service during peak hours
- Friendly personality with a professional attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment
