-Earn twice as much as your current position (based on comparing current associates’ income at their previous positions)
Unlimited UDA’s rate based on experience and performance and a substantial private potential is shared 50/50.
Working hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays 9-5.
We are looking for a part time associate dentist to take over an existing list of primarily NHS and Private patients. Position is for 2 days per week.
The annual pay for our full-time associates has been £140,000 to 250,000 in the last 3 years.
Affinity dental clinic is a privately owned, long-established and well-equipped mixed practice in Basildon town centre. We are a multi-disciplinary family orientated dental clinic. Our supporting staff are GDC- registered, experienced, friendly, and hard working.
Practice was established in 1962 in a commercial building, located centrally in town square, owned by current owner since year 2000. Premisses are fully air conditioned and very well maintained.
Practice offers full range of dental treatment, providing fixed Orthodontics, aligners using digital impression, minor dento-alveolar surgery, dental implants (Nobel Biocare) including bone augmentation & sinus lift, CBCT Scan (CS 8100 3D with MAR reduction and ability to scan impressions (used for tooth whitening) and scanning models, TRIOS 5, Latest CEREC Primescan & MCXL capable of milling bridges and implant-retained crowns, all aspects of cosmetic dentistry, providing an excellent opportunity for associates to learn new skills and broaden their expertise with exceptional remuneration opportunity in an ideal friendly and well organised modern working environment.
Most of our existing patients have come to us in generations and have a friendly and informal relation with their dentists.
Practice is well organised, and our workflow is optimised to maximise efficiency and minimise time wastage, resulting in high turnover which has benefited both the associates and the supporting staff, as well as allowing the practice to invest in new technology and equipment.
We have used Care Stream dental software (and its predecessors) since year 2000 and digital radiography since 2006. Our administration is digitalised, and our workflow is paperless. Our business is run cash free.
We have three very experienced dental therapists who look after majority, if not all our periodontal treatments.
