Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and organisation within various house cleans,The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and previous experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning. This position offers flexible hours suitable for individuals seeking part-time employment.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, washrooms, and communal areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to ensure a high standard of cleanliness
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed
- Dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and security of premises
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to work independently
- Attention to detail to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards
