Kids kingdom day-care is a wonderful nursery located in Kids kingdom Southend. We focus on supporting the local community and have created a supportive, professional, and rewarding environment for everyone.
We are looking for a motivated and highly passionate early year’s enthusiast who shares our vision to deliver THE very best childcare and education for our children and families.
Parent Relationships are incredibly important to us as we recognise the bond we develop with the families will support their children’s positive learning outcomes. Sharing your inspiration with our team to deliver excellent standards of care and education is crucial to us.

Your responsibilities will be varied and will include:
· To focus the team and the children’s learning through the pleasure of play!
· Leading and managing the staff team effectively
· Supporting the management and team
· Have key children carry out observation and complete learning journals and reports
· Manage the occupancy levels effectively
· Ensure all policies are implemented and adhered to at all times
· Develop and maintain our excellent partnerships with parents
To be considered for this role you must hold a relevant Level 3 childcare qualification or above and Previous DBS. Senco training, First aid, Safeguarding training all an advantage.
Have some experience as a room leader
