Unity Care Solutions is currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers for our complex care packages supporting teenagers and young people with complex healthcare needs in Ashford.
If you have previous experience in a care home, domiciliary care, supported living, residential care, healthcare, or support work, we would love to hear from you. We provide fully funded specialist complex care training, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills and progress into a highly rewarding Complex Care Healthcare Assistant role.

About the Role
As a Healthcare Assistant with Unity Care Solutions, you will support children and young people with complex clinical needs within their own homes, helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently.
We have a variety of regular shifts available across Ashford and nearby areas, including:
- Day shifts
- Night shifts
- Weekday shifts
- Weekend shifts
- Contracted 42 hours per week
Experience with clinical skills is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided. Useful experience may include:
- Suctioning
- PEG feeding
- Epilepsy management
- Medication administration
- Personal care
- Manual handling
To be successful, you will:
- Have previous care or support work experience
- Be reliable, compassionate, and committed
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
- Have the right to work in the UK
