What You'll Be Doing
- Learning all aspects of sales, marketing, and customer engagement
- Representing clients and building brand awareness
- Developing communication and relationship-building skills
- Working closely with senior managers and mentors
- Supporting team performance and daily operations
- Taking part in leadership and management training
- Learning recruitment, coaching, and team development processes
- Contributing to business growth initiatives and campaigns
