We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various commercial premises. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, washrooms, and communal areas
- utilise cleaning equipment and products efficiently and safely
- Ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to minimise risks
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to management promptly
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment to facilitate efficient operations
Skills
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational skills and reliability
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous but not mandatory
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks throughout the shift
