Mid-View Healthcare is looking for compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants in Reading.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting registered nurses and the wider healthcare team. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, supporting patients with mobility, monitoring and recording observations where required, assisting with nutrition and hydration, and helping to maintain a safe, clean and dignified environment.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant in a hospital, care home or healthcare setting
- A caring, compassionate and professional approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights and weekends
