Internal Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Internal Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our commercial activities. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, ideal for someone who is passionate about technology and eager to learn how tech solutions are sold and marketed.
You’ll play a key role in supporting our sales pipeline, following up on quotations and leads, and helping to build our digital presence through social media and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively follow up on quotations, enquiries, and inbound leads to drive sales opportunities
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of prospects and customers
- Support the sales team in preparing technical proposals, quotations, and documentation
- Liaise with customers to understand requirements and communicate appropriate solutions
- Assist with inside sales activities including email campaigns and outbound outreach
- Contribute to the execution of digital marketing strategies within the tech/automation space
- Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content for platforms such as LinkedIn
- Promote i4 Automation’s solutions, projects, and expertise through social channels
- Track marketing performance (engagement, leads, conversions) and suggest improvements
- Work closely with engineering and technical teams to understand product offerings
