Event Partners Ltd is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Services Executive to join our growing team. This role is central to ensuring exhibitors and sponsors receive an outstanding experience across our portfolio of international technology events. Acting as a key point of contact for clients, you will build strong relationships, provide exceptional support, and coordinate essential information to help deliver successful events.

Initial responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Main point of contact for exhibitors/ sponsors – your communications will include welcoming new clients and sharing information with them (e.g., exhibitor manuals), as well and dealing with day-to-day enquiries as they make their preparations to participate in our events
· Information collation – making sure that all the necessary information has been submitted by exhibitors/ sponsors in a timely manner, prior to events, to hit the required deadlines. This may require following up with clients by email or on the phone
· Database management – updating the operations exhibitor master records and sharing them with our official partners, where applicable, on a weekly basis
· Floorplans – working with our in-house designer and technical plan providers to keep these up to date, based on recent sales activity
· Cross-checks – regular review of our CRM system records against floorplans, operations documents and websites to make sure each reflects the most current and accurate information
· Exhibitor Manuals – assist the Operations Director with the creation and upkeep of this critical client resource for each event
· Internal support – making sure the team is prepared to go onsite, whether it be coordinating the organiser freight shipment or making and communicating travel arrangements
· Organiser Office management – onsite you will be the face of the Operations team on our Service Desk, expertly dealing with any exhibitor/ visitor enquiries that come your way

· Methodical mindset with the ability to prioritise workload and multi-task – you will nearly always have concurrent projects on the go, each at a different stage of its life cycle
· Professional manner with a desire to excel at Customer Service – this is a people person role!
· Outstanding communication skills and command of English – your written and verbal interactions with our clients represent the business, so need to be next level
· Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally (often inclusive of weekends) – don’t worry; days off in lieu are of course available when applicable to compensate you for being away from home
· Comfortable and competent with the Microsoft Office Suite – if you’re tech savvy with other solutions too, even better
Pay: £25,420.00-£27,000.00 per year
