We are seeking a dedicated and personable Full Time Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences
- Take orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring prompt service to maximise guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to licensing laws
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation throughout shifts
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive experience
- Follow food safety standards and health regulations at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or as a bartender within a restaurant or bar environment is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service
- Excellent serving skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods
- Good organisational skills to keep the bar area tidy and well-stocked
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Effective time management to ensure timely service during peak hours
- Friendly, approachable demeanour with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards of customer care

Pay: £12.21-£16.00 per hour
