We are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team in a residential and nursing care environment. This role involves working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional nursing care, monitor residents' health, and support care planning. The position is ideal for a compassionate nurse dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for older adults through safe, person-centred care that upholds dignity and independence.

Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans.

Assess, monitor, and evaluate residents' physical and emotional wellbeing.

Administer and manage medication safely and accurately.

Develop, review, and update care plans and risk assessments.

Monitor changes in residents' conditions and escalate concerns appropriately.

Maintain accurate clinical records and nursing documentation.

Support residents with health, wellbeing, and daily living needs.

Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams.

Promote dignity, independence, and person-centred care.

Ensure compliance with safeguarding, infection control, and clinical governance requirements.

Support care staff and contribute to the delivery of high standards of care.
Requirements:

Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.

Current NMC Registration.

Experience in residential, nursing, community, or adult care settings.

Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.

Knowledge of medication management and risk assessment processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Experience working with older adults.

Previous residential or nursing home experience.

Knowledge of dementia care and complex care needs.
