You’ll be part of a vibrant, modern community of over 470 homes set around beautifully landscaped gardens and green spaces. ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will be the reassuring presence across the development overnight, overseeing access control, patrolling common areas and responding swiftly to incidents or resident requests. You’ll manage the front desk with a warm, professional approach, keep concise records, and liaise with daytime teams to ensure seamless handovers.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Residents consistently feel safe, welcome and well-informed throughout the night.
- All incidents are handled calmly, documented accurately and escalated appropriately.
- Regular patrols are completed on schedule, with risks identified and resolved proactively.
- The reception and common areas are immaculate, secure and guest-ready by morning.
- Clear, timely handovers ensure the day team is fully briefed on overnight activity.
- Access systems, keys and deliveries are managed precisely with zero losses.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME
- Conducting scheduled internal and external patrols, addressing any safety concerns.
- Monitoring CCTV and access control systems, and managing keys and contractor access.
- Greeting residents and guests, assisting with queries and supporting concierge tasks.
- Responding to alarms and incidents, coordinating with emergency services when required.
- Maintaining accurate logs, reports and handovers for the daytime management team.
- Checking plant rooms and communal areas to ensure compliance and readiness.

EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS
- Previous night security or concierge experience in residential or hospitality settings.
- Familiarity with CCTV, access control and incident reporting systems.
- Experience in customer-facing roles where service and discretion are key.
- Background in building patrols, health and safety checks or facilities support.
- Confidence handling emergencies and coordinating with external services.
