Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to supervisors promptly
- Use commercial cleaning equipment efficiently and safely to maximize cleaning effectiveness
- Ensure all tasks are completed within scheduled timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards
Experience
- Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment used in professional settings
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleanliness
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and reliability are essential for success in this role
