True To You Direct Limited is looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team as B2B Lead Generation Executives.
This opportunity is open to both experienced sales professionals and people who are looking to enter the sales industry for the first time. Previous telecommunications or B2B sales experience would be beneficial, but it is not essential. Full product training, sales coaching and ongoing support will be provided.
You will speak with UK business owners and decision-makers, learn about their current telecommunications arrangements and identify opportunities where True To You Direct may be able to provide a more suitable solution.
Your responsibility will be to generate and qualify high-quality leads before passing them to our experienced sales closing team. You will not be expected to manage the entire sales-closing process yourself.
This role is suitable for someone who is motivated by progression, personal development and earning commission based on performance.
There is no fixed upper limit on the amount of commission you can earn. The more eligible business your leads generate, the greater your earning potential.

As a B2B Lead Generation Executive, you will:
- Make outbound calls to prospective UK business customers.
- Speak with business owners, managers and other decision-makers.
- Introduce True To You Direct and explain the services we provide.
- Ask relevant questions to understand each prospect’s current telecommunications arrangements.
- Identify contract renewal dates, current providers, business requirements and potential opportunities.
- Qualify prospective customers using the company’s agreed lead criteria.
- Arrange appointments and call-backs for the sales closing team.
- Pass qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales closer.
- Follow up interested prospects professionally and consistently.
- Maintain an organised pipeline of prospective customers.
- Record accurate notes, contact details and follow-up dates within Salesforce or another company CRM system.
- Work towards agreed calling, conversation and qualified-lead targets.
- Communicate effectively with the sales and management teams.
- Follow company procedures, data-protection requirements and professional sales standards.

- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform.

You will not be expected to begin the role without guidance.

Uncapped commission and earning potential
This position includes a guaranteed basic salary together with uncapped monthly commission.
Uncapped commission means there is no maximum amount of commission you are permitted to earn. Your earnings will be influenced by the value of eligible sales successfully completed from the qualified leads you generate.
