Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take drink orders with enthusiasm, ensuring prompt and accurate service
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, following all food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to responsible serving practices
- Restock bar supplies as needed, ensuring the bar is fully equipped for busy periods
- Engage with guests to create a lively atmosphere while maintaining professionalism and safety standards
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
