Job Description
AW Logistics Solutions Ltd is looking for an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to oversee the efficient management of logistics and distribution activities. You will lead operational teams, optimise transportation and warehouse processes, and ensure the timely delivery of goods while maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Lead operational teams to achieve performance, productivity, and service goals.
- Monitor transport schedules, inventory flow, and delivery performance.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, transport, or operations management.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, transport planning, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with ERP, WMS, or transport management systems is advantageous.
Pay: £38,000.00-£62,000.00 per year
