We are proud to invest in the next generation of talent and are looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Parts/Service Advisor to join our team in Sheffield.

What You'll Be Doing
As an Apprentice Parts/Service Advisor, you'll work alongside experienced colleagues who will support and train you in all aspects of the role. You'll gain valuable hands-on experience while learning how a busy parts department operates.
Your training will include:
- Assisting customers and colleagues with telephone and email enquiries
- Learning how to identify vehicle parts and provide accurate information
- Supporting parts ordering, stock control, and goods-in processes
- Helping monitor and manage back-ordered parts
- Maintaining accurate records and completing department paperwork
- Updating internal and manufacturer systems
- Building strong relationships with customers and team members

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sheffield S35 9ZX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
