Property Operations Coordinator
£25,000 - £30,000 + Bonus | Finchley
We’re a friendly, well-established independent Estate & Letting Agency looking for an organised, proactive and personable individual to join our team.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll support our lettings and property management departments while helping keep the office running efficiently.
The role includes:
- Property management support
- Tenancy renewals
- Compliance administration (Gas Safety, EPCs, EICRs)
- Lettings administration
- Accounts support
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- General office administration
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous property management or lettings experience
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Has strong communication and customer service skills
- Enjoys working as part of a small, supportive team
- Wants a genuine long-term career
