Role Overview-
Ipswich Town Foundation is currently looking to recruit Casual Coaches for our Boys Invite Only Provision in Essex.
Our invite only programme aims to deliver high-quality football training for children aged 6-12-years-old. Sessions are 1-hour long and follow a 30-week syllabus aligned to the boys academy.
This role require flexibility, working evenings and weekend with opportunities to deliver across a variety of Invite Only sessions for Ipswich Town Foundation.
We are seeking coaches who are highly motivated, enthusiastic and passionate to continue their own development while having an ability to embed a love of football across our programmes. The successful candidates will deliver fun, safe and inclusive learning environments to support the development of all participants.
Ipswich Town Foundation delivers Boys Invite Only Sessions in Essex on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings. Please specify your availability on your application.

Job Role Outline
This role offers the opportunity to work in one, or a variety of Invite Only sessions delivered by the Foundation, ensuring lifelong memories are created through positive experiences.
Sessions are delivered for 30 weeks of the year, term time only. In addition, the Foundation deliver camps and gamedays throughout school holidays which may provide additional opportunities to work with the players.
The role will required detailed planning, delivery and evaluation of sessions as well as providing feedback to participants twice per year.

- Plan, prepare and deliver coaching sessions.
- Proactively engage participants to provide the best possible learning environment.
- Support transition into the advanced invite only programmes where appropriate.
- Be committed to your continued professional development.
Role Specific Responsibilities
- Ability to communicate with young people and parents effectively
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Able to manage large groups effectively and safely
- Hold FA Introduction to Coaching / Level 1 certification
- Hold FA UEFA C Coaching Qualification
- Hold FA UEFA B Coaching Qualification (or be willing to work towards)
- Hold FA First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications
- Hold Full driving licence or be able to commute via public transpor
Ipswich Town Foundation Responsibilities
- Adhere to all policies and procedures including safeguarding, Health & Safety, Behaviour Management, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Data Protection, and Quality Assurance and follow any additional requirements as detailed within the staff handbook.
- To always maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
- To report to Line Manager and attend Ipswich Town Foundation meetings or CPD when requested.
- Any other duties deemed necessary by Senior Leadership Team, HR & Admin Officer or Designated Safeguarding Officer.
