We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People Services Administrator to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will provide a professional, efficient and customer-focused HR administration service, supporting colleagues and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
As a key member of the team, you will coordinate a range of People Services activities including recruitment administration, onboarding, contractual changes, employee records management, compliance checks, HR System admin, payroll liaison and leaver processes.
You will play an important role in ensuring our people processes are accurate, compliant and delivered to a high standard, while helping to create a positive colleague experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR administration across the full colleague lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to contractual changes and leavers.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks, including references, DBS and Right to Work compliance.
- Produce contracts, offer letters, contractual variations and employment-related correspondence.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR system data in line with GDPR requirements.
- Provide first-line advice on People & Culture policies, procedures and systems.
- Support recruitment activity, including advertising vacancies, responding to candidate queries and assisting with selection events.
- Liaise with payroll to ensure employee changes are processed accurately and on time.
- Provide administrative support for employee relations activities, including notetaking at formal meetings.
- Contribute to People & Culture projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
