Sanders offers a diverse portfolio of made-to-order footwear for clients around the world, alongside a range of stock shoes available to purchase online and at our London flagship store.
We are growing our team and are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Assistant who prides themselves on great customer service and a love for classic English made shoes.
Responsibilities
- Great and assist customers instore, helping them find the right footwear and ensuring they receive a friendly and personalised experience.
- Assist customers with shoe fitting and provide knowledgeable advice on our products.
- Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock management.
- Carry out daily shop duties and general store maintenance, ensuring the products are presented to a high standard and the store remains clean and welcoming.
- Help create and maintain window displays, showcasing our products to their full potential.
- Work effectively as part of the team to provide excellent customer service and share feedback and customer insight.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
- An interest in quality footwear, traditional craftsmanship or British-made products would be an advantage.
