At Forest Manor Nursing Home, we pride ourselves on providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. We’re looking for a dedicated Domestic Assistant to help keep our home hygienic, comfortable, and welcoming for residents, visitors, and staff.
Clean and maintain residents’ rooms, communal areas, and staff facilities.
Carry out daily cleaning tasks in line with infection control and hygiene standards.
Launder residents’ and staff clothing and linens as required.
Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate staff member.
Ensure cleaning equipment and products are stored safely and used correctly.
Support the care and kitchen teams by maintaining a tidy and hygienic environment.
Previous experience in a domestic or cleaning role is desirable but not essential – full training provided.
Reliable, hardworking, and motivated to maintain high standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
