Job Summary
Safemode Event is looking for reliable and professional Security Officers to join our team for weddings and special events at Milan Palace. This role is ideal for licensed security professionals who enjoy working in a customer-facing environment while ensuring the safety and security of guests.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Carry out security screening using appropriate procedures.
- Scan guests to ensure event security requirements are met.
- Collect and securely store mobile phones where required by the event organiser.
- Return phones to guests at the end of the event.
- Monitor entrances and exits throughout the event.
- Respond calmly and professionally to any security concerns.
- Follow all venue policies and company procedures.
Requirements
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard licence is required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and professional appearance.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Previous event security experience is desirable but not essential.
