BCCMW Corporate Management Services Ltd is seeking an experienced and client-focused Business Consulting Manager to lead consulting projects, support corporate clients, and deliver practical business solutions. This role is ideal for a strong consulting professional who can analyse business needs, manage client relationships, improve processes, and guide organisations toward better performance, growth, and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Manage business consulting projects from planning through delivery and follow-up.
- Work with clients to understand business challenges, goals, processes, and improvement needs.
- Lead research, analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendation development.
- Support corporate management, operational improvement, business planning, and service delivery projects.
- Coordinate consultants, analysts, project teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare client presentations, business reports, proposals, and project documentation.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, risks, and client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and support business growth.
- Build strong client relationships and support long-term consulting partnerships.
Requirements
- Experience in business consulting, corporate management, business operations, management consulting, project management, business analysis, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous management, team leadership, or client-facing consulting experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of business strategy, process improvement, organisational development, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, client expectations, deadlines, and business priorities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, project management tools, reporting platforms, and business analysis software.
- Strong commercial awareness with a practical approach to delivering business solutions.

Pay: £2,200.00-£4,200.00 per month
