Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Banking Hub Assistant to support daily operations within our banking hub. The ideal candidate will assist with customer service, transaction processing, and general administrative duties. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and direct them to appropriate banking services
- Assist with cash and non-cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account enquiries
- Support the processing of payments and cheque handling with accuracy
- Maintain organised records of transactions and customer interactions
- Provide basic information regarding banking products and services
- Uphold confidentiality and security standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating customer records
Requirements
- Previous experience in financial services or customer service is advantageous but not essential
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour
- Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within the banking environment
