Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced farm worker to join our small team for orchard, vineyard and general farm work including tractor driving, cultivation, spraying, etc. Also to assist with wine making, apple juice making and general packhouse duties.
You will need to have experience with tractors, ideally in a horticultural environment.
Ideally you will have horticultural skills including pruning and harvest but full training will be provided.
This is a full time permanent position with some varied hours and occasional weekend work during busy periods. Reporting to and assisting the Farm Manager.
Good English essential, currently living in UK with right to work. There will be on site interviews prior to hiring.
Whitethorn Farm is a family run farm growing organic apples, pears, plums, cherries and vineyard for wine production on site.
