WHOCULT, an exciting and rapidly growing donut and Coffee shop, is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Porthcawl location. We have 7 stores spread across South wales and are looking for a professional experienced manager to Upkeep our reputation.
This role is 5 days a week, 40 - 45 hours working every weekend.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Shop Operations: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Key Holder: Hold key responsibilities, including securing the store and managing access.
- Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and train a team of staff to provide top-notch customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Brand Adherence: Uphold and represent WHOCULT's brand standards, ensuring our unique products and store atmosphere are consistently showcased.
- Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in a management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Must be Barista trained.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
