Churchill College has a vacancy in its Guest Services Team and are seeking a professional and proactive Guest Services Manager, who can provide a high level service to customers both internal and external.
Working in the Moller Centre building, you will be key in the client journey on events by meeting and greeting in the Study Centre, or Main Building, or acting as their first port of call during an event to resolve an issue or provide support as necessary.
You will be actively engaging with our clients as part of the customer journey and ensuring the smooth running of the operational day in the Study Centre and Main Building. You will deal with a range of internal and external customers, focusing on delivering a high level of customer service.
Ideally you will have previous experience in a customer facing role (such as a hospitality or hotel background) with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to ensure the smooth running of daily operational activity.
Full time hours are available, working on a rota 10 days over 14, with some weekend working required.
