We are looking for a barista to join our team at The Grain Kitchen, Roudham
Part time hours available, primarily weekends with some weekday hours available too. Extra hours available to cover holidays and absences.
We are looking for key players that want to be at the forefront of the business.

What do we need you to do?
- Serve consistently great barista quality coffee and drinks in a fast paced café environment.
- Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for customers.
- Serve a delicious menu featuring the finest local coffee and fresh food.
- Drive exceptional service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure smooth operations and maintain the highest quality standards.
- Be passionate about coffee, specialty drinks and culinary delights.
- Have excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Be up-to-date with restaurant and hospitality trends and customer preferences.
