About Us
We are a well-established windows and doors company specialising in the manufacturing and installation of UPVC windows, doors, and conservatories. With a strong reputation for quality and customer service, we are looking to expand our installation team with experienced and reliable UPVC Window and Door Fitters. We have work all year round and we can further accommodate work for 6 days a week if installers are happy to do so. We currently have 10 install teams with a total of 25 installers including labourers. We have vacancy for 3 more teams.
Role Summary
The UPVC Window and Door Fitter will be responsible for the installation of UPVC windows & doors at residential properties. Candidates must have attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering work of the highest standard and most important be polite and well mannered.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service on-site, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Install UPVC windows, doors, composite doors & french doors
- Ensure all installations are completed to company quality standards
- Maintaining high levels of workmanship.
- Diagnose and resolve any installation issues effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout the installation process
- Timekeeping
- PPE must be worn
- Follow company policies and must adhere to health and safety rules and regulations
Candidate Requirements
- Must have experience as a UPVC window and door fitter
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong practical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in installation.
- Must have Own Van & Tools
- Rental Van can be provided( cost of rental to be paid weekly)
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliability and punctuality are essential
- PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must have experience
Salary
- Salary is based on how many windows and doors are installer per week.
- Some installers fit more than other hence a higher payment at the end of every week
- Installer can earn anything from 1k to 3k per week depending on number of items installed correctly.
- Installer of the month bonuses for the best installer
