Job Vacancy: Experienced Hairdresser & Beautician

We are looking for a talented, friendly, and experienced Hairdresser and Beautician to join our professional ladies' beauty salon in the Osterley area of West London.
The successful candidate will be passionate about the beauty industry, provide excellent customer service, and be confident in delivering high-quality hair and beauty treatments.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a professional salon
- A recognised Level 3 qualification in Hairdressing and/or Beauty Therapy
- Strong practical skills and knowledge of current hair and beauty techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A professional, friendly, and reliable attitude
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer care
Main Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing professional hairdressing services, including cutting, styling, colouring, and treatments
- Delivering a range of beauty treatments according to the candidate's skills and qualifications
- Consulting with clients to understand their needs and recommending suitable services
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming salon environment
- Keeping up to date with current beauty and hair trends and techniques
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the salon and working effectively as part of the team
Additional Requirements & Preferred Qualifications
- The successful candidate must be able to provide satisfactory professional references, which will be checked before employment is confirmed.
- Priority will be given to candidates who hold a recognised HydraFacial qualification and have proven experience providing HydraFacial treatments.
- Candidates with additional relevant beauty therapy qualifications and specialist treatment experience will also be considered favourably.
