Esca Hair is an independent salon in the heart of Camberley with a loyal client base, strong reputation and passionate team. We're looking for a talented stylist to join us as we continue to grow.
This role is ideal for a confident stylist with a minimum of 5 years' salon floor experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional hair, building long-term client relationships and growing their earnings through a rewarding commission structure.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years' salon floor experience
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 Hairdressing qualification
- Confident in all aspects of cutting, colouring and styling
- Excellent consultation and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable and self-motivated
- A positive attitude and strong team ethic
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience
The Role
- Delivering high-quality cutting, colouring and styling services
- Providing professional consultations and tailored recommendations
- Building and retaining a loyal client base
- Recommending and retailing professional haircare products
- Maintaining high standards of customer care and salon presentation
- Working collaboratively within a friendly and supportive team
