Kensington Community Care provide support or homeless people living in temporary accommodation.
We are looking for an experienced candidate to lead a small staff team who provide a variety of services all designed to help sustain the tenancies of the individuals that we support.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead a small staff team of support workers to ensure they carry out their roles effectively in the absence of the Services Manager
- Service Delivery
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Team leader will be required to lead a small staff team and support staff in the delivery of risk assessments and create support plans for each tenant in their case load. Senior Support Workers will ensure their staff carry out weekly supervisions with the tenants to ensure they are able to manage their tenancy effectively. The support sessions involve a number of services. The team leader role will including working with managment and support staff to ensure easy run of services.
Based at The Fairlawns, but will also be covering other services when required around the Birmingham area
Training is provided for the role.
Must have experience working within Mental Health, Exempt Accommodation & understand the importance of paperwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £15.00 per hour
