We’re looking for a Quality & Compliance Graduate to join our Quality team and develop hands-on experience across quality systems, manufacturing and regulatory compliance.
Working closely with our Quality & Compliance Manager, Quality Officer and Laboratory Technician, you’ll support the day-to-day delivery of quality activities across the business, getting involved in everything from audits and quality systems to customer complaints, reporting and product safety.
This is a genuine development role, so previous quality experience isn’t essential. We’re looking for someone with the right degree, a strong eye for detail and an interest in building a career within Quality & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day maintenance of our Quality Management System, ensuring records, documents and actions are accurate and up to date
- Support routine quality checks, sample handling and accurate record keeping
- Assist with internal and external audits, including preparing documentation and tracking actions
- Support certification activities for ISO 9001 and BRCGS Packaging Materials
- Assist with customer and supplier quality audits
- Support customer complaint investigations, ensuring actions are progressed through to completion
- Collect, analyse and report on quality data and KPIs
- Prepare quality reports and presentations for internal meetings, audits and customer responses
- Support the business in following quality procedures and maintaining compliance
- Work collaboratively across the Quality team and wider business to promote good quality practices
About You
- Degree, or expected degree, in a relevant subject such as Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Food Science, Environmental Science or Quality Management
- Genuine interest in developing a career in Quality & Compliance within a manufacturing or regulated environment
- Strong attention to detail with good written accuracy and numeracy
- Analytical approach with an interest in problem solving and investigation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, able to follow procedures and comfortable working to deadlines
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Willing to learn, take responsibility and raise concerns when needed
Desirable:
- Previous experience supporting audits or working with ISO-based management systems
- Experience with Q-Pulse or another Quality Management System
- Basic data analysis or KPI reporting experience
- Industrial placement, university project or practical laboratory experience
- Understanding of paper making, web processing, coating, mixing or a similar manufacturing environment
- Internal or third-party audit training
