Customer Service Team Member Part Time/Full Time Role 25-36.25 Hours Per Week
Salary - £24200 (FTE Pro Rata)
We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service to join our small team.
This is a full time role of 36.25 per week, but we are also happy to consider part time, with a minimum of 25 hours per week
Our office is located in the centre of the lovely town of Market Harborough.
The role comes with free parking and holiday concessions at one of our managed holiday resorts in Portugal, Lanzarote and the Lake District.
Purpose
As a Customer Service Team Member you will be the first point of contact for our customers and resort staff. You will be responsible for answering phone calls and emails, making accommodation reservations, and arranging ancillary travel requests. You will need to be customer focused, enjoy working part of a team and have a great “can-do” attitude.
Main areas of responsibility:
- To deal with all customer related enquiries by phone and email.
- Make reservations with accuracy.
- To keep the database up to date by checking all information held when communicating with customers and updating as and when required.
- To liaise with Resort Staff and provide assistance when required.
- To process credit card payments with accuracy.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing accurate check-in lists to ensure our resorts have complete and timely information on all guests, pre-arrival.

Pay: £16,705.00-£24,200.00 per year
