Overview
Sapphire Cooling Services ltd is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of office procedures. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our team by managing administrative tasks, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth office functioning. Experience with CRM Systems and Xero, as well as human resources and team management skills, are highly desirable. The Office Manager will play a key role in fostering a professional and welcoming environment, supporting organisational growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organisation
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate team activities
- Manage human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
- Utilise CRM & Xero for financial management, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Maintain accurate clerical records and handle correspondence
- Implement organisational policies and procedures to optimise workflow
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes as required
- Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and other administrative tasks
- Ensure the office environment remains professional, clean, and well-maintained
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—along with professional phone etiquette
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Xero.
- Proficiency using MS Office.
- Experience in human resources management including recruitment and employee relations
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to supervise teams successfully
- Solid clerical and administrative experience within an office setting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills complemented by excellent interpersonal abilities
Pay: From £32,240.00 per year
