Duties

- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe workspace for yourself and others.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management.
- Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any cleaning-related requests or concerns from staff or clients.
Skills
- Proven experience in janitorial services, commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery and tools safely and effectively.
- Good physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude towards clients and team members.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Additional skills such as customer service experience are a plus but not required; they can enhance your ability to provide comprehensive support in hospitality environments.
