Mark Taylor Limited is a family owned and run haulage company based in Kirkby-in-Ashfield and we have our own mixed fleet of HGV's
We are seeking an experienced HGV technician/mechanic to work on our fleet along with various customers vehicles. We have a fully quipped workshop with 6 inspection pits, brake testing bays etc.
You will be part of an existing friendly team that we are looking to build and strengthen so, you must be able to work as part of a team as well as on your own, using your initiative.
Required Skills/Key Responsibilities
- Carry out service, maintenance and repairs on a range of HGV's
- Use diagnostic tools to help find and subsequently repair faults
- MOT preparations
- Utilise a range of hand and power tools
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and safety
- Positive can do attitude
- Flexibility to work Saturday mornings
- HGV licence would be advantageous but not a deal breaker
