About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Management Consultant who can lead client assignments diagnose business challenges and develop practical recommendations that improve organisational performance.
You will work with senior stakeholders project teams and internal specialists to shape improvement programmes support implementation and ensure recommendations translate into measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Work with clients to understand strategic operational and organisational challenges and define clear project objectives.
Business Analysis: Review processes structures performance information and stakeholder feedback to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
Consulting Delivery: Develop practical recommendations implementation plans and decision support materials based on evidence and client priorities.
Programme Support: Help clients translate recommendations into structured initiatives with clear milestones responsibilities and performance measures.
Stakeholder Management: Build productive relationships with senior leaders managers project teams and other stakeholders throughout each assignment.
Workshop Facilitation: Plan and facilitate workshops interviews and working sessions that support decision making alignment and problem solving.
Performance Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve productivity service delivery employee effectiveness and organisational capability.
Project Leadership: Coordinate consulting workstreams manage priorities and ensure assignments are completed to agreed quality timelines and expectations.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: At least 6 years of experience in management consulting organisational development business transformation change management or a closely related professional services environment.
Consulting Knowledge: Strong understanding of organisational performance business improvement operating models stakeholder engagement and change delivery.
Analytical Skills: Able to evaluate complex information identify patterns and turn findings into clear practical recommendations.
Client Management: Confident working with senior stakeholders and able to build credibility through clear communication sound judgement and reliable delivery.
Communication: Strong written verbal and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to different audiences.
Organisation: Able to manage several assignments priorities and stakeholder requirements while maintaining high standards of quality.
Problem Solving: Structured curious and practical with the ability to move from diagnosis to realistic solutions that clients can implement.
Tools: Experience with project management data analysis presentation collaboration or business process tools is preferred.
Mindset: You are commercially aware thoughtful and results focused. You ask the right questions challenge assumptions constructively and focus on recommendations that are practical measurable and sustainable.
Pay: £4,500.00-£5,400.00 per month
