Support Worker (Female Only* - Driver Essential) – Supported Living
Location: Buckley, Flintshire
Hours: Long Days and Sleep-Ins on a Rolling Rota
Weekend Working: Every Other Weekend Off (where possible)
Salary: £13.60 - £14.10 per hour
About the Role
We are looking for caring, reliable and enthusiastic female Support Workers to join a dedicated team supporting a young woman with Autism, Down Syndrome and a Learning Disability within her own supported living home in Buckley, Flintshire.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys building positive relationships, supporting people to achieve their goals and enabling individuals to live full and meaningful lives. The successful candidate will support a young woman to maintain her independence, access her community, enjoy her hobbies and participate in activities that are important to her.

A positive personality, good sense of humour and willingness to actively participate in activities are essential.
Experience Required
Applicants should have experience supporting people with:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Learning Disabilities
- Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
- Mental health and emotional wellbeing needs
- Community-based support
- Promoting independence and choice
- Experience supporting individuals who experience anxiety, require structured routines and benefit from consistent support approaches would be highly advantageous.
Essential Requirements

✅ Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
✅ Confident driver willing to drive as part of the role
✅ Ability to work long day shifts and sleep-ins on a rolling rota
✅ Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends as required
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
