Main Purpose
The post holder will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and data in line with contract and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities will include auditing records, support staff allocation (rota’s) and directing referrals to support the managers.
You will be able to maintain both a caring, professional, and service-oriented attitude with the ability to communicate effectively both in verbal and written communication to all internal colleagues, people, and external customers/service providers. You will have demonstrable administration experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to effectively plan, organise, and prioritise your workload with a continued commitment to a high quality of service.
