Hello Skin Clinic is looking for a confident, professional and commercially minded Appointment Setting + Sales Representative to join our team.
The main focus of this role is to contact warm leads, follow up enquiries and convert them into consultations, treatment bookings, deposits and packages.
You will communicate with clients by telephone, WhatsApp and face-to-face. You must be confident discussing treatments, answering questions, handling objections and asking clients to secure their booking.
Main Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up new and existing leads
- Convert enquiries into consultations and treatment bookings
- Secure deposits and confirm appointments
- Follow up clients who have stopped replying or have not booked
- Re-engage cancelled and missed appointments
- Promote suitable treatments, packages and offers
- Rebook existing clients and support client retention
- Maintain organised records of calls, messages and booking outcomes
- Work closely with the clinic team to increase bookings and revenue
Who We Are Looking For
- Confident speaking to clients by telephone, WhatsApp and face-to-face
- Experienced in appointment setting, sales or warm lead follow-up
- Professional, organised, reliable and responsive
- Comfortable asking clients to book and pay a deposit
- Able to handle objections without being pushy
- Motivated by targets, bookings and results
- Able to work independently and follow up consistently
Experience or a background in beauty therapy, skin treatments, aesthetics, wellness or a clinic environment would be highly beneficial, as you will be speaking with clients about a range of aesthetic and skin treatments.
This is not an admin-only role. You must enjoy speaking to clients, following up leads and converting enquiries into bookings.
