We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar and Restaurant Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests
- Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff
- Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, bar, and service stations
- Assist with food preparation tasks as required, including garnishing and plating
- Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Handle guest enquiries promptly, providing excellent guest services at all times
- Manage cash transactions accurately using the POS system
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is essential
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and food preparation techniques
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Basic maths skills for handling payments and bills accurately
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational skills with effective time management abilities
- Kitchen or culinary experience is beneficial but not essential
- Upselling skills to enhance guest satisfaction and maximise revenue
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
