An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Foxtons as an Administration Assistant, supporting our Procurement & Facilities team. The Role
As an Administration Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Procurement & Facilities department, helping to ensure our offices and teams have everything they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing general administrative support, including managing emails, telephone enquiries, and data entry.
Assisting with procurement processes and supplier administration.
Supporting facilities management activities across the business.
Monitoring and managing issues reported through our facilities software platform, MaintainX.
Processing approved purchase requests and raising purchase orders.
Recording and processing supplier invoices for payment accurately and efficiently.
Building strong working relationships with internal departments, contractors, and suppliers.
Responding to queries promptly and maintaining accurate records.
Coordinating with contractors and suppliers as required.
Keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring effective communication across the team.
Providing support and cover for colleagues when needed.
Assisting with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks.

Skills & Experience
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Previous experience in an administration, operations, or finance environment is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
