Duties

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with recognised accounting standards.
- Provide guidance on risk management practices and internal controls to safeguard assets.
- Lead negotiations with external stakeholders such as banks, investors, and auditors.
Experience
- Proven experience in corporate finance or financial management roles, ideally within a similar industry sector.
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Demonstrable track record of developing strategic financial plans that support organisational growth.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
