We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Qualified team member to join our friendly team at our Nursery in Farsley in a Deputy Manager position.
The candidate will be able to support the Manager in leading the care and education of young children aged 0-4 years, following the EYFS, this includes planning and implementing activities, observing and assessing child development – all whilst working within a friendly, happy, team environment to ensure our little people thrive.
This is a busy, fulfilling role, where the days fly by, you are expected to support unqualified team members, mentoring and leading by example, as they complete their studies.
The shift pattern for this role can be discussed at interview to meet the candidate and our needs, suggested shifts are 4 days on 10 hr shifts between 7.30am-6pm, or 5 days on 8 hour shifts, early or late – Earliest start time is 7.30am, latest finish time is 6pm – Monday to Friday.
Part-time hours are three full days = 35 hours, 7.30-6pm between Monday and Friday.
Candidates must have a Full and Relevant Level 3 Qualification as recognised by the Department of Education - Check early years qualifications - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
