Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Serve food and beverages accurately while upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, counters, and kitchen stations
- Manage order taking using POS systems efficiently and accurately
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve guests promptly and maintain high service standards
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred, can provide training otherwise
- Familiarity with serving techniques and guest service excellence is essential
- Knowledge of food safety practices and basic food preparation skills is advantageous
- Experience working in a fast-paced setting requiring strong time management skills is beneficial
- Kitchen or culinary experience helps in understanding food handling and preparation processes
- Ability to perform basic math for order processing and cash handling confidently
- A positive attitude with excellent communication skills to engage guests effectively
